Contractor shall provide
quantitative results (i.e., demonstration of nominal operating load or
pressure, maximum proof load or pressure the hardware was subjected to,
electrical resistance and continuity) of functional tests and a certificate
stating that the test and inspection was performed per Contract/Purchase Order
requirements. Sketches and/or drawings of the test setup shall remain on file
by Contractor for a period of three (3) years, unless otherwise specified, and
be available for review by JPL. Certificates of functional tests shall be
signed and dated by Contractor representative and shall include JPL’s
Contract/Purchase Order and line item numbers.
