Contractor shall provide a
reproducible copy of the MSDS with each shipment of any chemical and for all
hazardous or regulated materials.
All hazardous materials shall
be packaged and shipped per Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 49.
In the case of certain
hazardous or regulated materials, the detail specification shall take
precedence over, or in concurrence with, this requirement.
